Carolina Picnics
How far in advance should I book my picnic?
We typically request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for a booking. However, early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date/time. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings.
What if I need to reschedule?
We know situations arise and while we can not refund your deposit for cancellations, we will work to reschedule your picnic if you provide 48 hrs notice.
What if it is forecasted to rain during my picnic?
Unfortunately we can not refund deposits due to weather but we will try to make location or time changes to accommodate your picnic for the scheduled day. Or you may reschedule your picnic for another date within a month period.
Can I leave before the scheduled time?
What is the payment process?
A $50 deposit is required upon receiving your invoice for booking confirmation. The full package cost is due 24 hrs before your scheduled picnic. After the Carolina Picnic crew takes care of your picnic clean up your $50 deposit will be refunded if no damages have occurred.
Where are you located?
Carolina Picnics primarily operates in Robeson County NC, North Myrtle Beach SC and surrounding areas. However, picnics outside of these locations may be accommodated with an additional travel fee.
How does a picnic work? Are there specific locations?
After booking through our website or email address you will receive communication to discuss the details of your picnic including your picnic location. While we do have a list of preferred locations we are happy to setup at your location of choice. After the details are set you will receive an invoice for payment and confirmation. On the day of you just show up to enjoy your picnic and leave the clean up to us!
During your scheduled picnic time you are responsible for all picnic items until the Carolina Picnic crew returns to clean up. If you are ready to leave before your scheduled time please give us a call/text with at least a 30 minute notice.
